Research In Motion has officially released Twitter for BlackBerry 3.0 in BlackBerry App World.

What’s New in v3.0.0.20

This version offers an even greater social experience through deep integration with BBM. As a BBM connected application, you can share your latest Tweet as your BBM Personal Message.

The update should be pushed to you, but if not hit ALT+R+S+T to clear App World’s cache and restart it.
